My daughter-in-law and I had a great experience. We drove 279 miles for an appointment at Cleveland clinic. We got a flat tire and limped off the highway to the nearest exit. And there was Jay's. Great people, great prices, one stop shop, they literally got me ready for the winter, I came in for pads and rotors all the way around and expected a price that would make me wanna turn around but it was actually the opposite, I had to ask again just to make sure my ears were working properly and was so happy, four tires, pads and rotors all around and an oil change !
